Lip Lift

The surgeon removes a small strip of skin beneath the nose, lifting the upper lip to create a more prominent and defined appearance. This procedure shortens the philtrum (the space between the nose and upper lip), resulting in a more youthful look and increased tooth show when smiling.

Lip Augmentation

Dermal fillers or implants are used to add volume and enhance the shape of the lips. Fillers are injected into specific areas of the lips to achieve the desired fullness and contour, while implants provide a more permanent solution.

    Lip Lift/Augmentation Procedure Explained

    A lip lift/augmentation enhances the shape and fullness of the lips by either lifting the upper lip through a small incision below the nose or adding volume with dermal fillers or implants. This procedure improves lip definition, creating a more youthful and balanced appearance.
    This will last around 90 minutes and include a short form filling exercise for your previous and current ocular and health conditions.
    Whilst the consultation is free most of our patients proceed to have a vested interest in proceeding with treatment and many report to have life changing outcomes.
    During your consultation, the surgeon will evaluate your facial structure and discuss your goals, providing preoperative instructions. The procedure is often performed under local anaesthesia, with sedation options available if necessary. For a lip lift, a small incision is made at the base of the nose. For augmentation, dermal fillers or implants are used to enhance lip volume. The procedure generally takes 1-2 hours. Many patients can resume normal activities within a week. Adhering to the aftercare instructions provided is important for supporting healing and achieving the best possible results.
