I had top surgery with Ioannis Ntanos at The Pines, all the way through the treatment was amazing. I started the process with Georgina and she guided me through the whole series of the medical forms, booking appointments and consultation and was also there post surgery for any questions which was absolutely fantastic, the speed and efficiency of communication with her really helped me get the whole process sorted and made it easy for me to prepare. At the hospital and through consultations everything was explained thoroughly before it happened so I always knew what was going on, and there were opportunities always to ask questions without feeling awkward which was especially helpful as I am neurodivergent. The team were amazing for being reassuring and I felt at ease all the way through without worry or confusion, really safe environment. Everything inside the hospital from nurses' care to meals was of amazing quality I couldn't have asked for a better or smoother experience. Post op care has been just as thorough for me as in the hospital and I had lots of support and there was always somebody available to talk to. Highly recommend Transform, they really made such an important part of my journey as stress free and smooth as possible, for someone like me with medical anxiety that was incredible and amazing care

I had non-binary top surgery at Transform Clinic on July 5th and I could not be more thrilled with my results and with my experience at the clinic! All of the staff and nurses were SO lovely, they made me feel so safe and comfortable and they all treated me with such care and respect! The hospital itself was lovely and clean and my room had everything I could possibly need - including a shower!! I was offered lots of options for food after my procedure and the red pepper and hummus sandwich I ended up choosing was absolutely delicious! As far as the procedure itself, it went without complication and I was able to be discharged the same afternoon! I’ve had minimal pain or discomfort and have been able to get back to relative normal within my first week post-op - I’m also totally obsessed with how my chest looks, I literally could not be happier with how everything went!!!!!!

After not getting a response from Dr Ntanos' email waiting list for weeks, I called Transform directly. Georgina and Becca were very helpful, corresponding with me. Georgina was able to provide a surgery date for me quickly, and answered any questions I had both before and after the surgery date. I was able to have a video consultation with Dr Ntanos ahead of the surgery date. He was friendly and easy to talk to. This allowed us to discuss what results I wanted, and gave me chance to ask questions.

The day of the surgery went quickly and easily. And I was discharged the same day. Recovery has been surprisingly painless
