    Neck Lift Procedure Explained

    Neck lift focuses on enhancing the neck’s contour by tightening loose skin, removing excess fat, and refining the underlying muscles. The result is a smoother, more aligned neckline that supports your gender identity and contributes to an overall authentic appearance.
    This will last around 90 minutes and include a short form filling exercise for your previous and current ocular and health conditions.
    Whilst the consultation is free most of our patients proceed to have a vested interest in proceeding with treatment and many report to have life changing outcomes.
    The neck lift procedure begins with a thorough consultation to assess your goals and suitability, followed by surgery under general or local anaesthesia. Incisions are made behind the ears and possibly under the chin to access the underlying muscles and tissues. The platysma muscles are adjusted, excess fat is removed, and the skin is redraped to create a smoother, more aligned neck contour. After closing the incisions, you’ll stay in the hospital for 1-2 days for monitoring, with specific postoperative care instructions to support your recovery.
